I had the pleasure of collaborating with the owners of Salt and Lyte Nutrition for over a decade during which time Marie and Angie designed a multi-state nutrition program for home infusion. Noteworthy under their leadership were the efforts to navigate dire shortages of TPN components with the industry shutdown after Hurricane Fiona and during supply shortages caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. They adeptly created guidelines for the pharmacy to implement nutrient substitutions and prioritized utilization of critical components so that no patients were left unserved. They interact with prescribers and pharmacy personnel with prompt, thorough communication, recommending adjustments in parenteral nutrition with consideration to patients' comorbidities and unique nutritional needs. Under their leadership the nutrition program at Paragon Healthcare earned the first ever Distinction in Nutrition Support for a Home Infusion provider from ACHC. This award was the result of much planning and clinical diligence and largely due to their efforts. Their expertise in the field of nutrition is unmatched, and I highly recommend them for any nutritional management needs.

I have known Marie and Angie for almost eight years and I can confidently attest to their passion, attention to detail and profound knowledge in the field of nutrition support.
I had the pleasure of working with them for almost 6 years at a home infusion company where I was fortunate to learn so much from them on almost a daily basis. There are numerous examples of patient cases that we worked on together, where they showed me the importance of looking at the whole patient, and truly caring for the outcome of the individual. Over the years, I was consistently impressed by Marie and Angie's ability to balance patient-centric care with a keen understanding of insurance guidelines. They skillfully navigate the intricacies of healthcare policies, always striving to optimize outcomes for their patients. This unique combination of empathy and adherence to guidelines sets them apart as true advocates for the well-rounded care of those they serve.
Their attention to detail is unparalleled, ensuring that every aspect of their responsibilities is thoroughly examined and executed with precision.
Marie and Angie's dedication to their work is truly commendable. Their brilliance shines through in every aspect of their responsibilities. They consistently demonstrate a deep understanding in the complexities of home nutrition support, showcasing not only their expertise but also their commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in the field.
I am confident that their unwavering commitment to excellence, and vast knowledge of Total Parenteral Nutrition and Enteral Nutrition will continue to positively impact the lives of many patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in the field of home
nutrition support for years to come.

National Account Manager
Vesco Medical
I have worked with Angie & Marie for over 5 years as the National Account Manager for Vesco Medical. As a new, start-up company, there are many challenges with competing against the older established companies. Both Angie & Marie were open and honest with me regarding where our products might fit with their organization. They both were open to hearing a new story & understanding the opportunities we could bring to their patient needs. From our very first interaction, throughout our ongoing working relationship they expressed their number 1 priority was to ensure
their patients were getting the care they needed.
During our time together, ENFit feeding tube devices were being implemented (at a very slow pace) throughout the country. Angie & Marie wanted to be prepared before their referral sources transitioned so they spent time learning the nuances & benefits of this patient safety initiative. They continuously monitored the progress to ensure they were ready to provide their patients with the safest options.
I would recommend working with Angie & Marie, it is my belief that their core, they represent the best interest of their customers/patients as they explore all opportunities available to them.

I have known Marie and Angie since 2020. [They] are innovative problem solvers. If a path doesn't exist, they will create one. [They] value my opinion and welcome feedback. I can depend on them to be direct, thorough, and timely. From the moment I met Marie and Angie I recognized their sincerity. Their enthusiasm and devotion to all things related to nutrition support and home infusion is evident. They truly care about their clients, clinicians, and vision for Salt & Lyte. Salt & Lyte truly gave me the best of both worlds! I continued working at my primary place of employment while also having the ability to work from home and earn additional income as a nutrition support consultant. Salt & Lyte provides an extraordinarily unique and flexible platform for nutrition support clinicians and home infusion needs. Noemi
Reimbursement Specialist - Home Infusion Company
It is at this company that I met both Marie and Angie and had the pleasure of working with them for about 5 years. I had the opportunity of working closely with them on claims issues specifically related to TPN. They are the guru for all things TPN in my eyes and were a tremendous resource, assisting with claim denials, payor requirements, and audits. Fun! Their wealth of knowledge is immeasurable.
Any issues that arose, Marie and Angie were very proactive in trying to get ahead, providing guidance, strategy and insight. They were hands on, not just on the clinical side but on the reimbursement side as well. I always felt comfortable approaching Marie with questions and issues as she was always willing to help and provide guidance and resources. We all worked together with a common goal.
I personally appreciate their professionalism, friendly and approachable demeanor.
I would sincerely recommend working with Marie and Angie as you will get honest, hard working knowledgeable people. I count it a blessing to have worked with them!
Kat E., MPH, RDN, LD, CNSC
Assistant Professor
I have known Marie and Angie for approximately 6 years; and have worked with them in both a clinical and educational capacity.
Clinically I have sent many patients to them over the years, since I am unable to support PN on an outpatient basis. Their care is always of the highest quality. Those in patient care know how important trusting the quality of care provided is when handing off a patient, and I could always rely on them.
Educationally, as an assistant professor at UTSW, I teach nutrition support. In my elective course, I have had Marie and Angie come and teach an electrolyte writing workshop to our graduate level dietetic interns. The workshop is always phenomenal, and the students love it. The learning experience achieves the perfect balance of educational support and critical thinking elevating the students abilities. I have even had other faculty members attend for a refresher, as the workshop is that good. Students all want to spend time with Angie and Marie as well to learn from their highest level of expertise.
Both Angie and Marie are easy to work with. They display the highest level of professionalism and expertise, while displaying a humble kindess that patient's really respond to. I enjoy working with them both, and have found our working relationship to be straightforward and reliable.
Quite simply, I recommend Angie and Marie because they are qualified experts who display a kind professionalism. They excel in their field like no others that I have worked with and always display a willingness to support both patients, students, and providers with efficient professionalism and expertise.
